1. Guests agree that they will:

A) Assume their own liability for injury, damage and material loss occurring during their stay.

B) Not smoke within the property -- Smoking is restricted to balconies.

C) Notify owners if bringing an animal pet.

D) Contact local property manager upon arrival for welcome, keys and orientation such as operation of appliances, the location of fire extinguishers, emergency telephone numbers the location of the local hospital, etc.

E) Contact same in case of damage or malfunction of any household appliance of item.

F) Contact same upon departure and return keys.

G) That the security deposit will be returned unless there is damage beyond fair-wear-and-tear, unusual cleaning expenses or excessive utilities usage (approximately 300 KWH electricity and reasonable gas for cooking and heating).

H) That out-of-area and international calls be made with third party carrier such as the use of calling cards which may be purchased locally. Local property manager will provide details.
